LEMONGRASS Essential Oil can help with inflammation and soothe and calm tired, SORE MUSCLES.

Topical application of LEMONGRASS paired with the Soothing Blend Rub is a great way to soothe and support your muscles after exercise or a strenuous day on the job.

COOL RELAXATION MASSAGE BLEND RECIPE

• 5 drops LEMONGRASS Essential Oil

• 3 drops Cypress Essential Oil

• 3 drops Soothing Blend

• 2 drops Roman Chamomile Essential Oil

• 2 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 4 tbsp. Carrier Oil of choice

Combine Essential Oils and Carrier Oil in an airtight glass container. Shake well before each use. Apply a small amount to area of concern and massage into skin.
