STEP 3 – LET’S GET COOKING WITH LEMONGRASS

LEMONGRASS is one of the oldest flavor-enhancing herbs around, perfect for your COOKING endeavors.

It can be added to many different dishes to add distinctive flavor. It has been used for centuries in Asian and Indian cuisine, where it is added to soups, teas, main dishes, and even jellies! Its distinctive flavor is sure to add new dimension to any dish.

NO MORE BORING CHICKEN BASTE RECIPE

• 4 tbsp. Sesame or Olive Oil
• 2 drops LEMONGRASS Essential Oil

• 2 drops Thyme Essential Oil

• 2 drops Wild Orange Essential Oil

Combine Essential Oils with the Sesame or Olive Oil, making sure to stir well to completely combine. Baste mixture over chicken prior to cooking and baste again midway through the cooking time. If there is baste left after cooking is complete, drizzle it over the chicken prior to serving for added flavor.
