A 2009 study found that LEMONGRASS Tea helped support and regulate sleep cycles. Those who conducted the study concluded that consuming the tea attributed to the release of serotonin in the body.

Making your own LEMONGRASS Tea is simple and can be done with two different methods.

• Purchase dried LEMONGRASS Herb from your local food co-op and steep the herb in boiling water for two or three minutes; then add a drop or two of LEMONGRASS Essential Oil to your mug.

• Simply add one or two drops to your favorite tea.
